DREAMIN'! Don't give it up, Nami!

Sally Jones is the daughter of Dr. Brian Jones and Miranda Jones, as well as being the younger sister of Kicker Jones.

Like her brother, she is headstrong and can get rather cranky if things don't necessarily go her way. At the same time, she shows the same type of bravery her brother possesses, and cares very much about her family.

She seems to have a crush on Rad White.

Sally Jones was very young when her brother Kicker first received his energon detecting abilities. She and her mother occasionally went with Kicker and their father to search for energon in deep space. The New Cybertron City

Sally sure seems sulky.

When the Terrorcon invasion began, Sally lived on Ocean City with her mother and Kicker. When Ocean City "struck gold", locating a natural deposit of Energon ore, Sally called her father on Cybertron with the good news. Soon afterwards, Ocean City was under attack by Terrorcon forces, frightening Sally enough for her to perform ventriloquism with her mother. Cybertron City With the threat of further Terrorcon attacks on the horizon, Optimus Prime ordered the civilian population of Ocean City to evacuate, and Sally left the city with her mother, while Kicker stayed behind with the Autobots. Energon Stars

As the energon tower project was announced, Miranda and Sally moved back into Ocean City to be closer to Doctor Jones, who also returned from Cybertron. When Ocean City was attacked by Terrorcons, Kicker was away at Jungle City, and petulantly refused to come home and help because he figured he dad would take care of everything. Sally then got on the radio and lied to Kicker, telling him Dr. Jones was hurt and needed help. This was enoguh to compel Kicker to Space Bridge into the battle and, although he was furious with Sally after learning the truth, no one could deny the results. Energon Tower

When Kicker confronted Demolishor and the Terrorcons on the moon, Sally watched her brother from Earth, and was confident that Kicker knew what he was doing. Kicker Beware! She remained confident in her brother after hearing he and Ironhide had gone after Alpha Q on their own. Alpha Q: Identity

Sally assisted her father in operating the Space Bridge when they transmitted Earth's energon to Cybertron for the war against Unicron. Open Fire!

Later, Sally and her family reminisced about interesting things other people had done. Team Optimus Prime They lost contact with Kicker for a time on the other side of a space rift, but he eventually contacted home and let them know he was alright. Bulkhead

When Dr. Jones eventually returned to his work on Cybertron, Miranda and Sally went with him on the ship. Sally got into some mischief on her own when she had Hot Shot transport her to Circuit Planet for the Autobot Grand Prix. Alongside Mr. Personality, Sky Blast, she emceed the race between the various Autobots, and cheered the loudest when Misha and Arcee won the race! Crash Course After returning to Cybertron, Sally briefly chatted with Kicker again via video message before the latest final battle with Unicron. Omega Supreme

As the battle raged between Optimus Supreme and Unicron, Sally was seen on Cybertron worrying about the fate of her brother (and resenting her "dorky" parents). Optimus Supreme

Sally and her family were celebrating the defeat of Unicron on Cybertron when Megatron unexpectedly returned. Doctor Jones tried to get his family to safety aboard the shuttle to Earth, but Sally refused to leave her father behind. The point became moot when Cruellock drones destroyed the space port, and their ride. Ambition

Staryu, I choose you!

Unable to get to safety, Sally and her family hid inside the massive air conditioning ducts when Six Shot and Demolishor assumed control of the Autobot command center. Wishes Along with Rad White, they eked out an existence hiding from Terrorcons in the passageways of Cybertron too small for the Decepticons to reach. Galvatron! As Rad and Dr. Jones went off to make contact with Primus in the core of Cybertron, Sally and her mother stayed behind to bake cookies for when the men-folk returned, because that's what women do. Break Through In the men's absence, Sally and her mother continued to evade detection from the Cruellock drones. The Omega Train

Miranda and Sally were forced to abandoned their makeshift home as the Decepticons came through, but Kicker soon located his mother and sister and got them to safety. Decepticon Army They reunited with Dr. Jones in the Primus chamber as the Omnicons brought the core back on-line. Ironhide Team The Joneses huddled inside the Core while Optimus Supreme fought to hold back the entire planet from bowling through Alpha Q's worlds. Formidable

Sally decided to make herself useful and bravely scrambled through the rubble searching for a way into the command center. Despite Hot Shot's pleas for her to be careful, Sally proceeded on alone where her oversized bodyguard couldn't follow. She located the command center just as Six Shot abandoned it to go after Galvatron, and took control of the systems. This allowed Sally to radio the Autobots in Primus's chamber and let them know the path was now clear to the command center.

After the Autobots resumed control, Sally was annoyed that they wanted to send her away to Ocean Planet after all she did for them. Still, she relented and allowed Jetfire to carry her and her mother to a safer location. Galvatron Terror When she heard Kicker was preparing to fly off on his own again, Sally radioed from Ocean Planet to try and talk him out of it, but to no avail. Spark

Sally and Misha enjoyed the newfound sunlight that rained down on Ocean Planet from the Super Energon sun Primus formed for Alpha Q's planets. The Sun

Legends comic

Sally was one of the many women brought to the Legends World by Tigatron using the ultra-drill in an attempt to get women who liked him better than Springer. It did not work out, as all of the women brought over eventually swooned over Springer. LG19 Springer

Notes

[edit]
  • A sign of things to come, in the first episode of Energon, during the scene where Sally and Miranda fall over after Ocean City is rocked by an explosion, Miranda wonders where Kicker is, but the line is spoken in Sally's voice (as Nicole Oliver plays both Sally and Miranda).
