Decepticon medics
The unnamed Decepticon medic supervises the medical bay of the Fortress Sinister along with his assistants Spectro, Spyglass and Viewfinder. He reports directly to Megatron.
Dedicated decepticon medics are quite uncommon. This unnamed Decepticon may have been a Surgical Engineer or battlefield corpsman. He was seen performing routine repairs and and one extensive reconstruction.
It is unclear what the Decepticon medic transformes into, though it may be worth noting that 4 other Transformers also seemingly absent when the Autobots and Decepticons awoke on Earth all had altmodes that were very small.

The Decepticon medic supervised repairs on Frenzy, Rumble, Soundwave (blunt impact injuries) sustained during Spider-man and Gears's invasion of Fortress Sinister. He presumably performed the reconstruction on Skywarp (totaled by a direct hit from one of Sunstreaker's ground-to-air missiles) himself. The repairs on Skywarp were almost complete by the time Megatron came to the medical bay for a damage rport on his injured soldiers.
Starscream confronted Megatron over s strategic gaffe immediately after the report, and Megatron shot him with his fusion cannon, ordering that he be added to the damaged list.
Starscream was fully repaired in time for the subsequent attack on the Ark (G1).The Last Stand

- The Decepticon medic's character model is loosely based on Megatron. Megatron also sports the same unusual off-centered Decepticon symbol in the scenes where they appear together.
