Frank Muth

Frank Muth (born March 20, 1959) is a German actor, voice actor, and dubbing director. He's known for his acting work in shows like Verbotene Liebe, and his dubbing work includes the voices of Mewtwo in Pokémon and Tiger in Monster Rancher as well as David Hasselhoff himself.
