Lisa Ann Beley (born April 2, 1975) is a Canadian voice actress. Among her better-known roles are Nara Burns on Exo-Squad, Eda on Black Lagoon, Relena Peacecraft in Gundam Wing, Eileen Canaver and Murrue Ramius in the Ocean dub of Gundam SEED, Sumeragi Lee Noriega on Gundam 00, Teela on the 2002 version of Masters of the Universe, Madame Hydra on X-Men: Evolution, Caiera on Planet Hulk, Scarlett on G.I. Joe: Spy Troops & Valor vs. Venom, Halle Lidner on Death Note, Sesshomaru's Mother on InuYasha: The Final Act and one of the voices of Chi-Chi in the Ocean Group dub of Dragon Ball Z.

She is married to fellow voice actor Jonathan Holmes and they have a daughter, voice actress Bronwen Holmes.
