Transform-up

Transform-ups are a minor punishment in the Animated continuity family.

A transform-up is a minor punishment for misbehaving Autobot Boot Camp cadets. It involves the Transformer being forced to lie on their hands and knees and rapidly transform to and from their alternate mode. Generally enforced en masse, it is similar in effect to press-ups and sit-ups in humans.
