Flying blue guys who look like Safeguard are announcers who are seen during the race arc before being replaced by Buzzsaw about halfway through, while the computer thing with Flatline is a computer Override uses to test her speed; I think it’s in the episode where the rest of the Autobots arrive on Velocitron.
