Carousel
Carousel (Карусель Karusel'), officially Carousel Channel (Телеканал «Карусель» Telekanal "Karusel'"), is a Russian children's television channel jointly owned by the state-run networks Channel One and VGTRK. It was established on December 27, 2010, through the consolidation of VGTRK's Bibigon and Channel One's TeleNyanya, a move enacted under a presidential decree signed by Dmitry Medvedev on June 24, 2009. Carousel broadcasts a mix of local and foreign animated movies and TV shows, though the inclusion of imported programs ceased after that mess started by Russia in 2022. You know, the one we shall not name.
Carousel consistently included various Transformers animated series in its robot-themed cartoon block, airing them alongside similar shows like Tobot.
