If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from Git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your Git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Grid Scylla

Grid Scylla is a Predacon designation for an area on Earth during the Beast Wars. The area is mostly grassy plateaus overlooking the sea and neighboring a mountain range.

Tarantulas's lair (one of them) was in one of the cliff sides. After the lair blew up, Other Victories Megatron and the remaining Predacons searched the wreckage and found the entrance hatch to a tunnel that led to the crashed Decepticon warship, the Nemesis. Nemesis Part 1

Beast Wars story editors Bob Forward and Larry DiTillio worked various references to the online Transformers fandom into the series. Grid Scylla is a reference to a fan who used the screen name Scylla, which she likely took from the Beast Wars II character of the same name.
