A week after Bernie got out of prison, Vegas PD officer Ryan O'Brien saw him casing the same store he was busted for robbing last time.
Buzzsaw, in his newly-acquired role assisting the police department, also saw him. Buzzsaw hovered menacingly above Bernie, conspicuously watching him as the streetlights glinted off his micro-serrated beak.
