The term Destructicon refers to at least two different groups of characters:

Generation One

In at least one story, Megatron refers to a group consisting of himself, Blitzwing, Bombshell, Long Haul and Ravage as "Destructicons" <a href="#cite_note-0" title="">[1]</a>. Whether this was a name for that particular assembly of troops, an error on Megatron's part, or evidence that this particular event occurred in an alternate universe is unclear.

Robots in Disguise

In the Robots in Disguise continuity, Bludgeon and a version of Scourge were released as "Destructicons". Precisely what that term meant is unclear, as well as whether or not there were any other Destructicons. Any connection to the abovementioned Destructicons is most likely coincidental. As a toy subline, the two figures both featured pneumatic-launch missiles.
