John M. Burns was a colorist on some issues of the Marvel UK Transformers series, including the wraparound cover for UK Issue 150.

Like many of the contributors to Marvel UK, Burns worked regularly on 2000 AD and the Judge Dredd Megazine, acting as both penciller and inker. Unusually, he is still actively involved with both, indeed his is considered the lead artist for the 'Nikolai Dante' strips in the former title.

His most recent project was a Graphic Novel adaptation of Jane Eyre
