Quake-Maker is a human supervillain from the Animated continuity family.
If you think this is bad, wait until his buddy Daikatana-Maker shows up.

We don't know who he is, how he gained his power, what he wants, or why his speech pattern changes from Macho Villain to Laid-Back. But we do know one thing about the mighty Quake-Maker...

Quake-Maker attacked Detroit without warning, causing massive damage and tying up the Autobots with disaster relief before even announcing himself. Rather than say what he wanted, he trapped the bulk of the Autobots underground and began beating Optimus Prime with ease.

However, he had not accounted for the arrival of Afterburn, who rallied the Autobots against him and quickly worked out that Quake-Maker needed to be touching the ground to use his powers. This led to the poor guy being kept up in the air and tossed around until he was ready to vomit.

Somehow, he later escaped police custody—something that interested Megatron... Burnout
