Rubiplas is a Venezuelan company that obtained the license to manufacture and market Transformers toys in Venezuela during Generation 1. Rubiplas only produced versions of the first wave of Mini Vehicles, excluding Gears but including a redecoed Huffer with a red-and-yellow color scheme.

In recent years, Rubiplas has returned to marketing Transformers by securing the license to import Hasbro and Takara toys into Venezuela.
