Solar is a <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Redeco" title="Redeco">redeco</a> of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sea_Mini-Con_Team" title="Sea Mini-Con Team">Sea Mini-Con Team</a> member <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Oceanglide" title="Oceanglide">Oceanglide</a> in eye-searing <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Neon" title="Neon">neon</a>

green and yellow, transforming into a turbine-driven boat with a top-mounted solar sail and pressure-launch missile array. He was only available in the second <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Micron_Booster" title="Micron Booster">Micron Booster</a> assortment, in a blind-packed box so the buyer did not know which of the twelve Mini-Cons in the assortment they had until the box was opened.

The same mold is used by <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sunburn" title="Sunburn">Sunburn</a>.
