</div> </td></tr></tbody></table> </center> Steven Melching is an American writer. In addition to Beast Machines, he has also written for X-Men, Extreme Ghostbusters, Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot, The Mummy: The Animated Series, and The Batman.

He also co-wrote the seminal <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Star_Wars" title="Star Wars">Star Wars</a> fan-film TROOPS.
