Stormcloud is a <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Mini-Con" title="Mini-Con">Mini-Con</a> from the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Armada_%28franchise%29" title="Armada (franchise)">Armada</a> portion of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Unicron_Trilogy" title="Unicron Trilogy">Unicron Trilogy</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Continuity_family" title="Continuity family">continuity family</a>.

He wasn't shown any mercy or consideration, so now he reciprocates. He'll even choose random targets at times just to re-assert his dominance, even if only to himself. Should he go up against a superior force, he'll run, his old cowardly self revealed... and woe be his next target.

The fastest of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Sea_Mini-Con_Team" title="Sea Mini-Con Team">Sea Mini-Con Team</a>, Stormcloud doesn't hesitate to leap into any mission that allows him to demonstrate this, be it a simple infiltration mission or naval combat.

Stormcloud transforms into a maroon and lavender speedboat. In

both modes, he has a pressure-launch missile. He was available only as part of the Sea Mini-Con Team 3-pack with his teammates <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Oceanglide" title="Oceanglide">Oceanglide</a> and <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Waterlog" title="Waterlog">Waterlog</a>.

The <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Takara" class="mw-redirect" title="Takara">Takara</a> release of this team has a different color scheme from the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Hasbro" title="Hasbro">Hasbro</a> version. The maroon is replaced with a much more vibrant red, plus the lavender is replaced with yellow.

A <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Redeco" title="Redeco">redeco</a> of the Team was released as part of the final Armada Mini-Con assortment in the US. This version is largely blue with "French gray", plus some red flame pinstriping.

This mold was also used to make <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Bilge" title="Bilge">Bilge</a> and <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Mile" title="Mile">Mile</a>.
