TesshÅ Genda

Tesshō Genda (玄田哲章, Genda Tesshō) is a Japanese voice actor. He was born in Okayama, Japan on May 20, 1948 as Mitsuo Yokoi (横居光雄).
Some of his most famous roles include Umibouzu in City Hunter and Angel Heart, Guile in many of the Street Fighter video games and anime, Shu from Dragonball, Action Bastard from Shin Chan, Tigger from Winnie the Pooh and George Costanza in the Japanese dub of Seinfeld. He's also the official Japanese dub-voice for Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone (though he's also dubbed for Hulk Hogan and Steven Seagal).
