I don't think the "Japan-only charcaters" Category shold be eliminated from these entries unless there's an "Operation Combination characters" category to place them in. If someone looks up "Japan-only characters", then, holy shit, they won't show up under that search otherwise, and chances are, the entire OpComb category won't fall under a "character" Category.
