Rafael Antonio Oliver (born April 12, 1958) is an American writer, producer, and voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Rick Hunter on Robotech, Saba on Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and Arsene Lupin III on Lupin the 3rd.
