Tsutomu Kashiwakura

Tsutomu Kashiwakura (カシワクラ ツトム Kashiwakura Tsutomu, formerly 柏倉 つとむ, which is romanized the same way) is a Japanese voice actor born March 1, 1966 in Kanagawa, Japan. Among his more notable roles are Glemy Toto in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, Prince Sapphire in Sailor Moon R, Kôsuke Entôji in King of Braves GaoGaiGar and Harry MacDougall in Outlaw Star.
