Nova Prime

As I said in my edit summary the first time you were reverted, Nova Prime predates Megatron, and thus he and all his crew predate the concept of the Decepticon movement. As of that era, there was no distinction regarding factions, and thus everyone was an Autobot by default. It doesn't especially matter if the Ark's crew were Decepticons in other continuities. In the IDW comics, the Decepticon name, symbol and cause all originated with Megatron and did not exist prior.
