Chafūrin (茶風林 Chafūrin), real name Hirotaka Shimasawa (嶋澤 弘隆 Shimasawa Hirotaka) is a Japanese voice actor born December 4, 1961 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Working for Office Osawa, he has voiced Inspector Megure in Detective Conan/Case Closed as well as a plethora of minor anime characters, and also dubbed Garfield in Garfield & Friends and Peter Pettigrew in the Harry Potter films.
