Don't let me die before I know who I am.

Decepticharge is a Decepticon from the Generation 1 series.

Decepticharge... is evil. Yeah. He apparently likes racing.

(Note: There is fan speculation that Decepticharge is an evil version of Windcharger, due to his name and that his head was designed for an ultimately-scrapped Windcharger retool of the Ford Mustang Alternator toy. But without any form of official bio, there is nothing to really support or refute this idea.)

Toy

Decepticharge is a retool of the Alternators Windcharger toy, transforming into a "street performance" Honda S2000. He is covered in fake sponsor decals, advertising such products as "Dinotron Racing Fuel", "Dualor Exhaust" and "Hyperlinq Racing".

Decepticharge is essentially a US-exclusive toy, as it only saw "release" in Japan as a prize in a contest from Takara's Binaltech sourcebook; 100 Decepticharges (in US packaging) were awarded.

This version of the mold was intended to be released in Binaltech as Blackarachnia, but was indefinitely delayed.
