Situated on the far galactic rim away from Autobot interference, the Decepticon refugee colony of New Kaon is ideal for coordinating the scattered cells of Decepticons left in the wake of Megatron's disappearance.

Unfortunately, a fight started at the central base of operations between Blitzwing and Lugnut quickly turned ugly. Pushed into an ever-escalating arms race by the ever-enterprising Decepticon merchant Swindle, New Kaon's fate was sealed when the fast-talker sold the combatants planet-busting weaponry.
