Grey DeLisle (born August 12th 1972) is an American voice actor. She is known for roles such as Asajj Ventress in the original Star Wars: Clone Wars, Princess Azula on Avatar: The Last Airbender, Mandy on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Daphne Blake on Scooby Doo, Scarlett and Baroness on G.I. Joe Resolute, and pretty much anything else that you've seen on Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon in the past few years.
She is also a singer with a number of albums to her credit, encompassing a variety of traditional styles from folk to gospel. Her husband, Murry Hammond of the Old 97's, is a frequent musical collaborator.
