Under the influence of the Decepticons' hostility-inducing machine, Latveria attacked neighboring Symkaria. This understandably irritated Symkaria, making them threaten all-out war with nuclear weapons. The Avengers investigated and also fell under the Psycho-Prism's influence. Man and Machine, Part One
