Fiction

IDW Transformers movie comics

When the United States government finally decided to dump the bodies of the defeated Decepticons, Admiral Morshower's fleet waited in dock at San Diego. Alliance issue 2 Two weeks later, after the disastrous events at Sector Seven's Nevada facility, Morshower's fleet transported the Autobots and William Lennox's team to give Jazz a burial-at-sea, as well as commence operation Deep-Six: dumping the Decepticons into the Laurentian Abyss. Alliance issue 3

Though he is not named in Alliance issue 2, Morshower's fleet later dumps the Decepticons in the Laurentian Abyss, which is in the Atlantic Ocean. However, this issue establishes that his fleet is moored in San Diego. This does not seem practical or likely.

Revenge of the Fallen (film)

Notes

  • Morshower is a Marine in the film. In Alliance, the novel adaptation, and the comic adaptation he is an Admiral in the US Navy.
  • In the adaptation comic, Admiral Morshower is wearing the uniform of a three-star US general. He is supposed to be an admiral in that adaptation. Also, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is either a four-star general or admiral.
  • Actor Glenn Morshower was asked by director Michael Bay to star in Revenge of the Fallen despite the fact Morshower's character in the previous Transformers movie had been killed off. His character in Revenge was named after him.[1]
