Pop-up City?

After reading the bit about Kolkular's "pop-up" function on the Primus toy, I tried it on mine and couldn't get it to budge. I was worried I'd either tear my fingernails or snap off the city. What am I doing wrong?--Apcog 03:41, 30 March 2009 (EDT)
