Quickmix (Universe)

Quickmix is a Decepticon whose continuity of origin is unknown, but who was caught up in the Universe war.

Quickmix is one of the six Micromaster Constructicons who combine into Constructicon Devastator, Quickmix forming his right leg. Quickmix's personality, like that of his comrades, is unknown. It is also unknown what, if any, connection he has with the other cement mixers named "Quickmix" (or Decepticon cement mixers in general) throughout the multiverse.

A redeco of Mixing, Quickmix transforms into a cement mixer of undetermined model. He can form the leg of any similar-construction Micromaster combiner robot, but normally forms the left leg of Constructicon Devastator.

A KB Toys exclusive, he and the other Micromaster Constructicons were also ultimately available from Sears during Christmastime, and Kmart's online store.

This mold was also used to make Micromaster Collection Mixmaster.

The Micromaster Constructicons were sold in Europe under the Energon banner, presumably since Europe never actually got Universe. The toys are identical to the Universe versions.

Notes

• It seems highly likely that Quickmix's name came about due to Hasbro's inability to secure the Trademark for "Mixmaster", as other members of the team use the names of the Generation 1 Constructicons who share their alternate mode.

• Every bit of purple on Quickmix is paint. His wheels are the only parts not cast in bright green plastic.
