Main picture
Y'know, I think the current main picture might actually be of Hightower, not Overload. I just bought Rise of the Decepticons, and it has two double-page spreads of the Constructicons, both of which show six members. It seems odd that they'd omit the 'Con that form Devastator's left arm both times, and later double-spreads of Devastator looks to have been based on the Supreme-class toy which doesn't include Overload, so I think in at least this book the purple bot is Hightower and only Scavenger forms the torso. - Yet it resembles the Legends toy of Overload. There are also rumours Hightower's robot mode was never designed by the filmmakers, so make of that what you will. Alientraveller 18:07, 6 July 2009 (EDT)
- Right, it looks like Overload's toy. I at first thought it might be Hightower, too, when I first uploaded that picture after scanning it from that book, because of the giant crane-tail-thing, but after looking at Overload's Legends toy, it was obviously him. --ItsWalky 18:54, 6 July 2009 (EDT)
- Technically a leaked image, but this concept page of Devastator and his components confirms that the art on this page is indeed of Overload. And that Hightower doesn't even have a robot mode. [1] --ItsWalky 08:15, 9 July 2009 (EDT)
- Seems a bit odd for them not to have designed Hightower, given we don't see Overload's robot mode except in the book that image comes from and they gave him one, but it's obvious from the picture that you're right. Thanks for the link and for clearing it up. Tarrn 05:01, 11 July 2009 (EDT)
