Frenzy is not explicitly named, but he is blue. Plus, Rumble was already seen sentenced to death earlier that day.

Much like other Decepticons in the Shattered Glass universe, Frenzy uses the colors of a Generation 1 Autobot. Specifically, he's in Eject's colors.

Rodimus had a low opinion of Frenzy and the other "tapes", declaring that they were only worth 15 points.

Why they turned into tapes on Cybertron is best not dwelt on, especially since a mini-SD card would be more useful.
