The High Council of Ancients is a legislative body in the live-action film series continuity family.

The High Council of Ancients were an outmoded, but still highly respected, law-giving body on peacetime Cybertron. Ratchet was Optimus' chief liaison to them. Transformers: The Movie Guide They sound equivalent to the House of Lords.
