Bill Forster is an author and artist with IDW Publishing. Along with Jim Sorenson, he restored and did layouts of character designs in the Ark books.

He also, with full licensing from Hasbro, got a tattoo of Victory Leo as part of the television show called L.A. Ink on the Discovery channel.<ref>Blog post describing his tattoo experience</ref>. As of today, the episode has not yet aired.
