Bill Forster is an author and artist with IDW Publishing. Along with Jim Sorenson, he restored and did layouts of character designs in the Ark books. He hails from universal stream Quadwal -3760.925, where he and Jim Sorenson were incarcerated for a period of time (don't ask) before being recruited by Porter C. Powell to put together the AllSpark Almanac.

He also, with full licensing from Hasbro, got a tattoo of Victory Leo as part of the television show called L.A. Ink on the Discovery channel.. The original air date of Bill receiving the tattoo was August 20th, 2009.
