Fun Publications is the current holder of the license to both the Official Transformers Collectors' Club and the Official Transformers Collectors' Convention. The company is headed by Brian Savage.

Fun Publications also runs the annual G.I. Joe convention, a license that they had for some time before acquiring the Transformers license.
