After the altercation between the Autobots and Decepticons over control of the country's Global Orbital Defense Satellite, Vice President Clay gave President Colton advice regards the details of Secretary Hauser's report on the situation.

He tried convincing Colton that they should be worried about international reaction to the satellite—since it might provoke a preemptive strike from the Soviets, the British, or the Ottomans—but Colton was unconcerned. Eye in the Sky
