Hammer is a special agent of the U.S. Armed Forces, and is a trained spy, for unknown reasons. He has infiltrated the U.S. branch, Sector Seven and has recieved intell about the whereabouts of all Autobots on Earth. All info about any Transformers, humans associated with the Transformers, or Mission City, have been kept under top-secret miltary surrveilance.
