Blackout is a Terrorcon character in the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity.
A mechanoid that transforms into a robotic bird of prey, Blackout is a servant of Alpha Q.

Energon Cartoon
Following the resurrection of Megatron, many of the Battle Ravage and Divebomb models of Terrorcon came under the Decepticon leader's command thanks to his control of their general, Scorponok. Others remained in the control of Alpha Q, who equipped some of them for stealth, resulting in a difference in coloration. It was one of the Divebomb models, now colored blue, that was identified by the name Blackout.
Toys
A toy of this character, recolored from the original Divebomb (Shadow Hawk in Japan) , was released by Takara under the name Shadow Hawk - Cosmic Type.
No toy of Blackout was released by Hasbro as part of the Energon toyline.
