Fiction

IDW movie comics

Jetfire was a member of the Seekers, and went on at least one journey to find a star. Defiance #4

Titan Magazines

Ransack, agent of the Fallen, called himself a Seeker. He also referred to Seekers as being a whole different and separate form of life, but in the context he's likely just talking smack. Dogfight!

Later, Soundwave sent Grindor to find an old, rusting car. A car Soundwave referred to as one of "the lost", a redundant shell containing ancient knowledge. When Grindor cut it open, he retrieved a Cybertronian-looking "memory tree" from the innards. Hmmmm... Learning Curve

Revenge of the Fallen

Wheelie identified photos of a Ford Model T automobile, a B-24 Liberator bomber, an F-104 Starfighter interceptor, and an SR-71 Blackbird as depicting Seekers. Simmons had spent some time in Sector 7 begging to investigate the evidence that these were N.B.E.s, but was denied and told he was being "obsessed". Really? Simmons, obsessed? Can't be. Revenge of the Fallen (film) Jetfire identified Ransack as being a seeker a short time after stomping him to death. Revenge of the Fallen (novel)

Notes

  • Centuries later, the term Seeker would be used to describe a crack team under the command of Starscream.
  • Ben Procter designed a robot mode for the Ford Model T automobile.
