Hubcap is an Autobot from the Machine Wars series.
Hubcap removes bodies of dead Decepticons after battles. After he takes the remains to the Autobot base, he salvages what he can. He will often recycle the rest, but is known to use Decepticon scrap for target practice.

Hubcap, like the rest of the line, was a 1997 KayBee Toys exclusive. He transformers into a yelloy towtruck that for some reason has opaque windows and warning lights. It is believed that Hubcap and the other Machine Wars basics were originally designed for Generation 2. Hubcap (and Hoist) is the only toy in the Machine Wars line to not have recycled box art.
