Available only as part of the Kmart-exclusive "War for the Skies" Legends battlepack, Spinister is a redeco of Legends class Blackout. His helicopter mode is not a particularly faithful recreation of an Sikorsky MH-53 Pave Low heavy-lift helicopter (the placement of the fuel tanks, in particular making him look more like a CH-53 Sea Stallion).

He comes with the Legends-class figures Blades, Jetfire and Thundercracker.
