Starscream demonstrates his ghostly powers and two new Autobots enter the picture.
Synopsis
As Starscream's ghost faces down Megatron he reveals his origin and the depths of his scheme. He isn't the Starscream Megatron knows, but actually the Starscream from another dimension who was killed by the Galvatron of that dimension. He has traveled to this universe in order to possess this Starscream, thereby allowing him to live again. Oh, and dethrone Megatron, but that's sort of a given.
Astrotrain and Onslaught attempt to seize Starscream's ghost, only for Onslaught to become possessed. Starscream then uses Onslaught's body to dispatch with Astrotrain and attack Megatron.
Outside Decepticon HQ, Ironhide asks Mirage just why their risking their necks to save Megatron from Starscream. Mirage informs him that if Starscream defeats Megatron, they'll be next in line. Suddenly, a dimensional gateway to Starscream's home universe opens up, allowing Autobot Quantum Operatives Skids and Screech to leap through. They intend to "bust" the Starscream's "ghost".
To gain the advantage, Mirage projects Starscream's worst fear before his very eyes: Galvatron. Horrified, Starscream's ghost evacuates Onslaught's body and flies screaming back to his home dimension through the gateway. Skids remarks with amusement that they managed to spook a ghost, while Screech is relieved that Starscream has been forced back to "his old haunts".

Notes
- The identity of the spectral Starscream floating around the Henkei! Henkei! universe is at last revealed. This is the ghost of the Starscream from the Generation 1 cartoon universe, who first appeared as a spook in "Starscream's Ghost" and has popped up just about everywhere since then.
- Starscream was, of course, killed by Galvatron in The Transformers: The Movie.
- This comic was published in both English and Japanese language formats.
