Doctor Arkeville

Dr. Arkeville was an evil scientist who was briefly allied with the Decepticons. He's probably dead now.

Dr. Arkeville was offered the chance to rule the world by Megatron, in exchange for the technology to hypnotize humans to use as slaves. What Megatron didn't tell him, however, was that his plan would likely destroy the Earth.

In Countdown to Extinction, Dr. Arkeville was kidnapped by Starscream, who used several of his inventions with the intention of using them to blow up the Earth, and then siphon all the released energy. The Doctors attempt to stop this resulted in a near-lethal shock. He later woke up, tied to a chair being completely rebuilt into a robot body in order to save his life.

He was never seen again.
