- I didn't know that, sorry. -Mazenoise 17:38, 14 July 2009 (EDT)
Picture IDing
Thanks for that! :) --abates 19:03, 8 August 2009 (EDT)
- No problem. Doing some of the Cybertron ones now, they should be much easier. -Mazenoise 04:58, 9 August 2009 (EDT)
Goldbug
I was chatting with Andy Schmidt before the book came out and asked if Goldbug would be in the book. With a gleam in his eyes, he said 'yup, but he's not Bumblebee.' It was a deliberate choice, like separating Galvatron from Megatron was. --Jimsorenson 15:43, 10 August 2009 (EDT)
- OK, thanks for the info! Believe it or not, this was actually relevant - if he's actually supposed to be a separate character, then all the more reason to have a separate (IDW) page for him. -Mazenoise 15:45, 10 August 2009 (EDT)
Cleveland
Dunno, maybe I overdid it, but still, what's the point in redlinks when apparently nobody's willing to write an article about this city? I would, but since Animated is by far the only continuity I know really good (and I guess it's not the only one with CLeveland in it), I'm not so eager to start an article. -- Silvery 05:27, 13 September 2009 (EDT)
- I dunno, maybe it doesn't need its own article after all, but there are a ton of red links in articles here, and it's not that people are "unwilling" to write articles, it's just that they might not be too high on the priority scale. -Mazenoise 06:07, 13 September 2009 (EDT)
- Oh well. Maybe I'll try, then. I hate redlinks (the kind of hate like the Hate Plague). -- Silvery 06:27, 13 September 2009 (EDT)
Please explain
this --FFN 01:29, 14 October 2009 (EDT)
- Ahh crap. My apologies. --FFN 01:33, 14 October 2009 (EDT)
- I was actually being stupid when I made the article: I shouldn't have called him a video game concept artist, but I just skimmed through the blog and didn't notice those entries about him working on the actual movie. -Mazenoise 14:54, 17 October 2009 (EDT)
Video game sections
I recently decided, based upon the significant contributions of somebody who unfortunately no longer edits here (apparently), that we should treat game character appearances as "in-universe" fiction, so we should try to avoid talking about say, the Combaticon scout like "this guy attacks you on X stage", and instead be more like "The Combaticons scouts were deployed in X region to support the Grindor." What do you think? --FFN 08:40, 27 October 2009 (EDT)
- Also, I think you mean "stats" when you make heading for sections that are called "Status". Since "status" doesn't really make any sense. --FFN 08:42, 27 October 2009 (EDT)
- I agree, and at least in my opinion the stuff I put on the Combaticon Scout and Sniper pages, for example, is "in-universe" enough, although admittedly it probably needs some tweaking.
- Also, I haven't added the "Status" sections to any of the pages. I've noticed the "Status" stuff has mostly been put in by anons, and I have no clue where those numbers are actually from. -Mazenoise 10:43, 27 October 2009 (EDT)
