Kup is an evil Autobot from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.

First person to insert a "C'mon, it's only a speech bubble, Grandpa!" gag gets summarily banned.

Kup is a member of Remote Patrol Six and the Cybertron Elite Guard, and an Autobot commander of few words.

Kup, along with the rest of Remote Patrol Six, was scanning the Plait Expanse's radiation in an attempt to find a way to escape Cybertron. When Downshift was ordered to check out a strange signal that Sandstorm discovered, he was initially reluctant, but staring down the business end of Kup's blaster convinced him to change his mind and go. Kup showed up once again when Remote Patrol Six attempted to assassinate Optimus Prime. Prime was stronger and crazier than they anticipated, though, and Kup got his aft handed to him. Reunification: Part 5
