Alligaticon

The Alligatorcon was a mechanoid resembling an alligator built from parts of Optimus Prime by the Constructicons after he had been captured by the Decepticons and dismantled by Hook in the episode "City of Steel".

It was purportedly big and heavy.

I'd say a little of both.
