Lippo the Clown is a human character in the Generation 1 continuity.
Lippo the Clown hosts a children's television program enjoyed by the Junkion leader, Wreck-Gar. Inquirata, a Quintesson scientist, used a hologram of Lippo to lure Wreck-Gar aboard his ship to become part of his experiments.
