Commonly called "RAAT," the Rapid Anti-robot Assault Team is a military force charged with protecting the American populace from the threat posed by the Transformers. Notable humans in RAAT's leadership have included Walter Barnett and Circuit Breaker. Donny Finkleberg was also associated with RAAT for a time.
