Guiltaur is a Quintesson creation from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Am i him?or am i just seeing things?Because if i'm not mistaking,Wait,I AM HIM!Oh GOD HELP ME!!

The Colossal Cannon Soldier Guiltaur is a bizarre, vicious fusion of Optimus Prime and Megatron, built by the Quintessons. Created from the same Cybertonium alloys which made Optimus Prime so resilient, and boasting a Destrogun many times more powerful than Megatron's fusion cannon, his combat power exceeds his predecessors' in nearly every way.

Guiltaur, however, is ultimately a lifeless shell, animated by the ghost of Starscream, causing him to succumb to the same weaknesses as the Decepticon jet.

When the Quintessons stole Optimus Prime's dead body and brought it back to life as a rampaging zombie, Dark Awakening they used his specifications to help create Guiltaur. Teaming with the Decepticons, they also obtained Megatron's specifications, completing their work of art.

Built with the same Cybertonium alloy as Prime and boasting a Destrogun more powerful than Megatron's fusion cannon, Guiltaur was also built to be able to combine his Destrogun with his shoulder artillery and Active Revolver to create the super destructive "Bazooka Storm" attack. A Mysterious Decepticon Soldier Appears. He is the Colossal Cannon Soldier Guiltaur!

It's a better truck mode than THS Convoy, at least

Guiltaur rose from the sea off of Japan, seeking out Rodimus Prime, who was engaged in a one-on-one battle with Galvatron. Just as Rodimus appeared to gain a decisive victory over his enemy, Guiltaur attacked Rodimus from behind with a variety of artillery modes, sending the Autobot leader flying. As it turned out, the one-on-one showdown Galvatron had invited Rodimus Prime to was in reality a trap.

Galvatron revealed that Guiltaur was a Transformer created by the Quintessons, who had risen up the ranks of the Decepticons... because apparently, Galvatron doesn't have any accumulated memory whatsoever. As Galvatron gloated over his fallen enemy, praising Guiltaur's obedience, Guiltaur snuck behind him and attacked, savagely beating Galvatron and kicking him to where Rodimus had fallen. His true intentions were revealed: Guiltaur was gunning for leadership of the Decepticons, which even a concussed box turtle could have seen coming. But not Galvatron.

Preparing to complete the preparation for completion.

Down, Galvatron revealed to Rodimus that Guiltaur was built using the combined skills and essences of Optimus Prime and Megatron, making him a most formidable adversary. With no other choice but to cooperate, the two faction leaders teamed up against their new common foe. Rodimus transformed into vehicle mode and rammed the unsuspecting Guiltar, Galvatron following-up with a blast in cannon mode. The two then joined in a combined "Galvatron/Rodimus Kick", destroying Guiltaur's body. Much to their surprise, Starscream's ghost floated free of the shattered chassis. As if to rub it in his face, Rodimus reminded Galvatron that, obviously, the Quintessons could not be trusted. The two went their separate ways for now, both too weak from Guiltaur's attacks to continue the fight. The Story of Super Robot Lifeforms: The Transformers #4

Notes

Mega-mouth!
  • The Romanization of the character's name given here is not "official"; there isn't one. There are any number of ways to spell it from the katakana given (ギルトール Girutōru), including but not limited to Guiltar, Guiltall, Guiltor, Giltole, Gyltore, and Barry Manilow. "Guiltaur" is just the one used here. The mora (syllables, basically) of his name can be romanized as follows: ギ = Gi, Ghi, Gy (with a hard "g"), Gui (silent "u" here); ル = ru, lu, r, rr, l, ll; トー = tō, too, toh, tow, tou (pronounced "tow"), tow, taw, tau (pronounced like "taw"), ta (as in "tall" rather than "tap" ); ル = ru, lu, r, l, rr, ll, re, le.
  • Guiltaur's preliminary head design did not feature Optimus Prime's faceplate; effectively, he looked like Megatron wearing an Optimus hat! The early name of Guiltaur in the conceptual art is called "Convotron", which derives from "Convoy" and "Megatron".
