The Hasbro-Discovery Communications Joint Venture Network (or JVN) is the placeholder name for a new cable television network being developed by the Hasbro-Discovery Communications Joint Venture[1].

JVN is slated to be the outlet for the yet-unnamed 2010 Transformers cartoon.
